By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

Welcome and thanks for visiting Anything MX!

Our goal at Anything MX is to provide a place where people of all agesinterested in any form of dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and pit bikes can come talkabout them, share info, and just have fun with others that share their sameinterest. While doing so we do insist that you abide by the rules, guidelinesand policies detailed below.

Keep foul or abusive language to a minimal: This isn’t a Grated site, most all of us are adults, that said there are some younger onesamong us. Lets keep the foul language in check, other wise expect your post tobe deleted and possibly you sent on a vacation.

No racial or other derogatory comments are allowed: Inclearest terms possible, if you post anything that is considered racial orderogatory comments, images, videos, or audio, slang included. You will bepermanently banned from the site, there are no warnings.

No warez or adult material: Help requests or posts thatdiscuss circumvention. This includes linking to illegally obtained software,movies & music files - posting about it, and suggesting to get it. AMXis a MX site, not a porn site. If you have to ask if it’s adult material morethen likely it is and don’t post it.

Do not post Personal Information: This included but notlimited to addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or any other informationconsidered private without the express permission of the individual. You mustrespect the privacy of other members.

Do not spam: Posts that server no obvious purpose otherthen increasing your post count, posts that add no value to the currentdiscussion, posts that contain nothing but smilies. If you can’t add to thetopic then don’t post in the topic.

No Promotional Posts: This includes but not limited to postingbanners, contests, sales, or request to have people visit your site.

Attaching Images: If you post an image into the forumplease make sure it is no larger then 1024×768 in size. Anything larger causesit to destroy the layout of the site and make reading the thread very hard.

Don’t believe everything you read: Anything MX is full ofmembers with different opinions, experience, and/or reasons to post in theforums. Take time to do some research and get more then just one or two membersadvice.

No discussion of AD BLOCKING software: Instructions forusing ad blocking regarding this forum or any other discussion in general ofattempting to block advertisement will result in a no questions asked permanentban on your account. This is not done lightly, rather deliberately to denyaccess to those who choose to utilize this forum, but not support our sponsors.It takes money to finance the cost of bandwidth, especially a forum of thissize and if you don’t care enough to support us through our advertisers, thenwe don’t need your business. This will be the only warning with no discussion.

No personal attacks, be polite and patient: At one time or anotherwe ALL where new to riding, so please be kind to other new people in thisforum. Also just because someone doesn’t answer your post within 5 minutesdoesn’t mean everyone is ignoring you. It just means that someone with ananswer hasn’t read your post yet. Be patient as more times then not, you willget an answer.

• Any member exhibiting behavior that is viewed counter productive to promoting a friendly community may result in a temporary to permanent ban. This will include but is not limited to publicly ‘baiting’ or ‘antagonizing’ other users on the forum. ANY personal attacks will not be allowed in the public forums and should be restricted to the Free For All forum.

Keep threads related to the forums in which you are posting- For example, do NOT put For Sale posts in anyplace other then the MarketPlace forum. Failure to do so will result in moved or deleted threads.

• Direclty quoting or posting the content of any ’subscribed’ or ‘private’ forum sanywhere other than the ’subscribed’ or ‘private’ forums may result in a temporary to permanent ban. This is a code of ‘ethics’ and an established trust.

Signatures:

• Text Only - No more then five lines of text only signatures.
• Banner /Images - Banners are to be no larger then 468×80 and you may have one line of text as well.
• Signatures larger then the above will be suspended without notice.
• No more then five lines of default size text including line brakes in text only signatures.
• Deduct 1 line of text for every font size over 3.

Misc Site Terms and/or Policies

Moderators and Administrators frequently review forum messages for thosethat are in violation of Anything MX rules. Any messages found to be inviolation will be deleted without warning or explanation.

Multiple forum user accounts by the same person are forbidden. Should youever wish to change your username, please contact one of the Administrators.

Anything MX reserves the right to edit, reprint, distribute, or delete anyposting for any reason and without prior notification or explanation to theauthor.

All messages posted become the property of AnythingMX.com.

Anything MX and its representatives will not be held liable for the resultof the usage of any information provided in the Anything MX Forum, and disclaimall liability resulting in the use of the posted information.
